Every luxury rehab website looks similar. The differences that matter show up in the answers to questions most people don't think to ask until after they've already committed.
The Questions Worth Asking on an Admissions Call
Which regulatory body licenses this facility, specifically by name — not simply "we're licensed"?
Is a physician physically on-site, or on-call from off-property?
What is the actual staff-to-client ratio, at every hour of the day and overnight?
Is treatment delivered one-on-one, or am I placed in a group cohort?
How is program length determined — a fixed track, or built around my history and clinical needs?
What happens if my needs change mid-program: does the plan adapt, or do I finish the track I started?
A well-run program answers all of these specifically and without hesitation. Vague answers to direct clinical questions are themselves useful information.
One question worth asking any program is who is clinically accountable for your care — ours is answered on our medical review board page, and the broader luxury rehab overview covers the rest of what to look for.
