Privacy Policy

    1. Information you give us

When you complete an inquiry or confidential intake form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and the health and treatment information you choose to share. We use it only to respond to you, assess whether our programs are an appropriate fit, and coordinate admissions. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

If you begin an intake form and do not finish it, the contact details you have already entered may be sent to our admissions team so we can follow up with you.

    2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, sanctuarytulum.com records technical information about each visit so we can understand what people are looking for, improve our pages, and protect our published work. This includes your IP address and the approximate city, region, and country it maps to, your internet provider or network, the website or search engine that referred you, the search term when your browser or search engine passes it along, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, how far you scroll, and interactions such as clicking a link, tapping a phone number, or starting a form.

We also use this information for security purposes: to identify automated scraping, bulk copying of our written content and photography, and other abusive access patterns, and to restrict access from networks engaged in that activity. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

These records are retained for a limited period — by default 90 days — and then deleted automatically.

    3. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting first-party storage to recognize a returning visitor and to measure how our pages perform. We also use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic reporting. You can clear this storage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.

    4. Health information

Information you submit about your health through our forms is treated as confidential and handled only by our admissions and clinical staff. It is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to authorized personnel.

    5. Your choices and rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to certain processing. Email info@sanctuarytulum.com or call +1-323-612-2024 and we will respond within 30 days.

    6. Contact
