What the Clinical Evidence Actually Shows
A widely cited study in The Journals of Gerontology reported that intravenous allogeneic MSC infusion in older adults with frailty was safe and associated with improvements in physical performance and inflammatory markers such as TNF-α3. These findings are encouraging but preliminary — sample sizes remain modest, longer-duration outcomes are still being characterized, and the field is appropriately cautious about generalizing to "anti-aging" as a whole.
