"Holistic" gets used often enough in wellness marketing that it's worth being specific about what it means in a clinical program. Here, it means treating a condition across every dimension it actually operates in at once — the biological (cellular and physiological effects of chronic stress or substance use), the neurological (brain chemistry and nervous-system regulation), and the psychological (the underlying experience driving the condition) — rather than addressing one in isolation, which is what a medication-only or talk-therapy-only model tends to do by design.

Where the Idea Comes From
Treating the whole person rather than a single symptom is the founding idea behind the Pouyan Method, applied in full inside our executive rehab program.
